By downloading, accessing, or using the CastShot Pro mobile application or the castshot.pro website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Acceptable Image Uploads & Conduct

You agree that you will only upload photos of yourself or individuals who have provided you with explicit consent. You agree NOT to upload:

• Images containing explicit, unlawful, or non-consensual material.
• Images that infringe on third-party trademarks, copyrights, or publicity rights.
• Images intended to impersonate, defraud, or harass another person.

3. Subscriptions & Edit Credits

CastShot Pro offers edit credit packages and auto-renewing subscriptions. All purchases are processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
• Refund requests are handled in accordance with Apple and Google standard store refund policies.

4. Disclaimer & Photorealism Standards

CastShot Pro utilizes proprietary AI and spatial lighting technology to produce realistic studio headshots and sunset relit portraits. While our models are designed to preserve genuine skin textures and features, output quality may vary depending on input resolution and lighting conditions.
