1. Information We Collect
When using CastShot Pro via the app or castshot.pro, we collect only the minimal data required to render your photography styles:
- Images You Upload: Photos explicitly chosen by you for portrait relighting or headshot generation.
- Device & Performance Telemetry: Anonymized metrics (e.g. app version, render speeds, crash reports) to maintain fast processing.
- Transaction Identifiers: Anonymous receipt tokens from Apple App Store or Google Play to confirm your credit entitlements.
2. How We Process & Guard Your Photos
Your photos are processed through secure, private neural clusters:
- Generated high-resolution photos are delivered directly to your device.
- Source image files in our temporary processing buffers are automatically cleared.
- We never create public biometric profiles or sell facial data to third-party brokers.
3. Commercial Ownership & Usage Rights
You retain 100% full commercial and personal ownership of every image generated by CastShot Pro. You are free to monetize, publish, print, and distribute your headshots across LinkedIn, company websites, social media, and commercial campaigns without any royalties.
